Our regular worship of Holy Communion on Thursday (12.30 said) and Sunday (11.00am Sung) continues, with Communion available in both kinds (bread and wine)
Coffee/seasonal refreshments and fellowship are offered, together with a warm welcome after the Sunday service in the lower hall.
Sung Matins is at 11am on the following Sundays: March 2nd; May 4th; June 1st; September 7th; October 5th; November 2nd; December 7th.
This service is followed by Holy Communion via Reserve Sacrament.
Sung Eucharist with Imposition of Ashes.
5th March
Thursdays from 6pm to 6.30pm.
Sung by the choir, including a short meditative address.
6th March; 13th March; 20th March; 27th March; 3rd April; 10th April.
Palm Sunday 13th April
11:00am ‘Sung Eucharist’ (Holy Communion with music) and distribution of Palm Crosses.

‘Compline by Candlelight’ with Homily. 6pm

Wednesday 16th April
‘Compline by Candlelight’ with Homily. 6pm
Maundy Thursday 17th April
6:00pm at St. Andrews for ‘Sung Eucharist of the Last Supper’
Good Friday 18th April
12.30pm: Lunch (Hot Cross Buns and a hot beverage) in the lower hall.
1.30pm: Traditional ‘Liturgy of the Day’ lasting for approximately one hour.
At 3:00pm the funeral bell will toll 33 times (one toll for each year of Jesus’ earthly life) after which people will leave in respectful silence. The church will close at 3:05pm.
Holy Saturday / Easter Vigil 19th April
6:00pm (approximately one hour)
Easter Day 20th April
‘Sung Eucharist’ (Holy Communion with music) beginning at 11:00 am. There will be refreshments and fellowship on completion.

But, because it is God to whom we witness, we need no less a constant detachment, a will to go apart and wait upon God in quiet, in silence, lest by our very busyness we should only rob ourselves and rob others of the realisation of God's presence; 'Be still and know that I am God'.
Would that everyone whose heart God has once touched would guard times of quietness amid our noisy, bustling life to let God touch the heart again.
